We finally had Fire Safety again! Sometimes we aren't able to have our scheduled session, depending on what the fire station has going on. The students are very understanding of this and it is a good lesson for them.
During Fire safety this week Firefighter Dennis showed a video to help teach students about the importance of making safe choices. The video showed some children who walked through the woods and found some matches. Firefighter Dennis then used the video to discuss safe and unsafe choices in that situation.
